How to Renew your New Mexico License

• Click “Create an Account”.

• Accept the Terms and Conditions by clicking “I Agree”.

• Select Yes. • Click Continue.

• You have 2 options, search by Name or License Number. Select oneand fill in the necessary information to lookup your license.

• When you have found your license make sure you select the “SelectNurse” box and click continue.

• Provide the last 4 of your SSN and your birthday to verify youridentity.

• Click continue to proceed.

• Finish creating your account by providing your email address and creating a password.

• Click “Create an Account”.

• You will receive an email with a link to finish registering your account.

• If you did not receive the link use the “Resend Verification Email” option.

• This is the link we will send you in order to complete your registration for your account.

• You will be redirected back to your Nurse Portal. • Here you can see that your license is ready fro renewal. • Click “Apply for Renewal”.

• Here you can see which license you’re renewing. • Click “Save and Continue”.
