Let’s create your account first


Click Get Started


Enter your Email address, choose a Username and Password


Click Create Account


This is your Shareist Global Dashboard

Let’s start creating a project


We’ll create a project about motivational and inspirational

quotes


The goal of this project is to engage our audience


To get more likes, clicks, comments, shares, retweets, etc.


Click Create a Project


Fill in the Project name, Project shortname and some keywords.


Click Create project now


This is your Project Dashboard


In this tutorial you’ll learn the 4 Major Features of Shareist


This is where you will connect your Social Media accounts


Let’s connect your Social Media accounts first


Click Manage Connections


Shareist can connect with Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest,

Linkedin, WordPress and more


Social connects to social media platforms


Publish connects your blogs to publish content


Streams connect accounts for streaming content


Email connects your email to send campaigns


For this tutorial, we’ll connect a Facebook Business Page


Go back to the Social tab


Click Add new Facebook page


Click Continue


Select your audience and click OK


Click OK to continue


Facebook pages connected to your Facebook account will be shown here


Select the Facebook page you want to connect


The Facebook page is now connected


Good job! Let’s add another account.


Click Add new Twitter account


Enter your Username or email and Password


Click Authorize app


Your Twitter account is now connected


You will see your connected accounts in the Global Dashboard


Now, let’s research content for your posts


Shareist’s Research Feature is where you can get content from

anywhere


And save it on your Shareist Inbox for future usage


Click Research


Click RSS Feeds


RSS Feed will show you results from the web which are


related to the keyword/s you provided in the project


Some of the keywords we used were motivation and inspiration


Here are the results from the web based on those keywords


The RSS feed results can be saved to your Shareist Inbox


They can also be shared to the connected accounts


The Inbox contains all of the content you’ve saved


Click Save to Inbox


Content has been saved


Click Inbox


This is your Inbox


Click Refresh


There’s your saved content


You can also add a website to your RSS feed


Just make sure the website you’re adding has RSS feeds enabled


Click Manage Sources


Enter the URL of the website here


Click Add source


Website source is now added


Click the RSS Feed icon


Click Select a source


Select the name of the website you added


Your feed will now show all the contents from that website


You can then save the contents to your Inbox or


Share them to your connected social media accounts


You can also save images to your Inbox


Go to Inbox


Click Capture to Inbox


Select Add to Inbox


You can save text, links, Urls and Images to your Inbox


Let’s upload an image


Click select if from your computer


Select an image and click Open


Wait for the upload to finish


Creating a post here is the same as on Facebook


Enter your status update or message


Give your post some tags


Click Save


The post is now saved in your Inbox


Here’s the post in your Inbox. It’s not yet shared.


Alright! We’ll now share and schedule posts in social media


This is where all the researched elements will be used


Go to Social


You can share text, links, video and URLs


Enter your post here


Click Next


Select the connected account/s where you want to post to


Choose Facebook


Select Facebook account


You can still edit and customize your post here


Once you are finished editing your post,


Choose when the content will be posted to social media


Click Now to share the post immediately


Click Later to schedule the content to post later


Choose the date when you want to post it


Enter the time you want to post it


Click Done


You’ve now scheduled it to post later


With Shareist, you can actually schedule a post on multiple dates


Click Add another date


It will automatically add the day after the first schedule


Edit the schedule by clicking it


Change the date and time then click Done


You can also schedule it to repeat weekly. Check this box.


Change the end date


Your can save this as a draft. Click Save draft.


Your can save this for review later. Click Save for review.


You can click Post to go ahead with the schedule


Your post has been scheduled


Click schedule page to see the schedule of your post


You can view all your scheduled posts here


Click Repeat


Here’s the posts scheduled to repeat


You can also share content through your Inbox


Go to Inbox


All content you’ve researched and saved are stored here


Including elements that you’ve added like images, text, links and

URLs


Select an element you’ve saved


Click Actions


Click Quick share to post immediately to your connected accounts


Click Advanced share to schedule the post


Great! Let’s now touch base with Reports
