• CRUST

• 10 oz SPINACH

• 4 EGGS

• 4 sp GRATED CHEESE

• 6 sl SOFT CHEESE

• SALT and PEPPER

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Prick all over crust and bake alone for 5 minutes.

3. Mix chopped spinach with beaten eggs and season.

4. Add grated cheese and mix well.

5. Pour filling into the previously baked crust.

6. Decorate with slices of soft cheese.

7. Bake for other 15 minutes... and serve!
