How to make a Facebook Fan Page using FaceItPages

So, you’ve set up a shiny new Facebook Page for your business or brand… now what? Create a custom landing tab for visitors, of course! Here’s our illustrated guide on how to make a Facebook fan page using FaceItPages.  This guide will help you create your custom landing tab design for use on your Facebook Fan Page.

First if you haven’t already done so, you need to setup your page on Facebook from http://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php.

After your page is setup on Facebook, signup for an account on FaceItPages to get started. After you signup or login, click the “Create a New Facebook Page” from your members main menu.

The first step will allow you to fill in content, photos and more.  Start with your main content block and page tagline.

On step 1, add as many modules as you see fit. We suggest at minimum to add the Header Image/Banner module, Page Photos/Photo Gallery module and the Main Menu Tabs/Links module. The more modules you add, the better, because they will enhance your page and really make it stand out. We offer multiple Facebook applications you can add to your fan page. These include a Twitter feed, Wordpress feed, reveal content to fans, Slideshare, Scribd and more. Make sure and choose these from the

modules section in step 1 if you would like to add them to your page.

Next, update your contact information and click next.  This is located at the bottom of step 1 and can be fully customized for each page you create.

You will then be taken to a screen that allows you to choose a style/theme. When you make a Facebook fan page, the style should match your branding. Choose a template that best matches your branding. You can change this later if you’d like.

After you choose your desired template, you will be presented with a preview of your page. If you like how it looks you can continue by clicking the “Save and Publish” option. Or you can click “Choose Template” to choose a different template or “Go Back To Step 1″ to go back to the first step to make changes/add information. You can always come back and make changes later too.

After you click the “Save and Publish” option, you will be presented with a screen with the package options. Choose the best one that fits your needs and click the “Proceed To Next Step” button. Click here to compare our packages and pricing.

If you chose a paid plan you will be taken to a secure payment form to submit your payment information. After you make payment or if you chose a free plan, you will be taken to a confirmation page. To install your saved page on Facebook, click the “Install On Facebook” option and proceed through the Facebook installation process.

Optionally, you may also choose to share your FaceItPage on social networks, go back and make changes, or view the web page version of your design.
