you like this series and are looking forward
to your turn. The following workout was
provided by Eric Bethune, NPC Judge and
owner of No Cardio Crew in Manassas,
Virginia. This workout regimen may seem
like it takes a lot of days to do, but it will
defnitely get people turning their heads. If
you are limited on time, you can combine
some of the days, or eliminate the second
day of legs. ››

LOOK LIKE A COMPETITOR WORKOUTS FOR HIM:For these exercises, go heavy at 8 reps, then push it with a lighter weight for 12 to 14 reps. Drop set on the last set of each exercise, using about 75 percent of the last weight used. Aim for 4 to 6 sets per exercise.
