How to Log Into Google Classroom

1. For best results use Google Chrome browser. If you do not have it, please download

and install it before moving on to step 2.

2. Go to the Rolling Ridge Elementary / Homepage.

3. Click on the Student tab.

4. Select ClassLink Access tab.

5. Log into ClassLink with your child’s computer login.

6. Select Google Classroom.

7. If the website asks you to install ClassLink Browser Extension, please do so.

8. Once the extension has been installed, then continue to website.

9. When you get to the Google Classroom website, click on the “Go to Classroom” button.

10. Next, Google will ask you to sign in.

11. You will need to login to Google with your district email. To find the district email, go

back to ClassLink and click on the upper right hand avatar to see the email address.

12. Enter email in box provided by Google and click Next

13. Enter password. It’s the same password that you use for ClassLink.

16. There are 2 tabs at the top of the first page that will help you.

• The first page of my Google Classroom is the “Stream” page. It holds my

announcements and special instructions.

• The second page of my Google Classroom is the “Classwork” page. It has the

assignments, links, and/or directions on how to find the website where the work will

need to be completed.
