During the initial subscription activation send the setup email to an address you can access from the iPhone or iPad you want to protect.

Open the email titled ‘Setup Norton Security on your iOS device!’, and click on ‘Setup now’.

You will be directed to Norton Mobile Security on the App Store. Click on the ‘FREE’ or ‘INSTALL’ button in the top right hand corner.

Your Apple ID password will be required to complete the download. If you don’t have an Apple ID, you will be required to set one up.

Once the download is complete, click ‘OPEN’ and review and accept the Norton License Agreement.

Click ‘Continue’.

Log in to your Norton account. Norton Mobile Security will request access to your microphone and current location - click ‘OK’. These permissions are required to provide Norton Mobile Security features (e.g. call your phone if you lose it, locate your device if it’s lost or stolen). These security features will only work if you grant these permissions.

The Norton Mobile Security app will start downloading to your device.
