Rugby Ontario Team Sheet Process

STEP 1 - Login

Club Logins will be distributed by Branch Unions

STEP 2 - Dashboard

Create a Pitch Formation (e.g. 15s or 7s)

STEP 3 - Pitch Formation• Club Logins will be distributed by Branch Unions

Add a Pitch Name & click Create15 + 8 Subs will already be added to your Team Sheet Pitches as a default

STEP 3 - Pitch Layout• Club Logins will be distributed by Branch Unions

Drag and drop shirts onto the field in your desired format.

Save when finished

STEP 4 - Creating a Panel (ie. Team) • Club Logins will be distributed by Branch Unions

B. Create a Panel for Each Team (ex. Sr Men 1st Team)A. Select Panel

C. Add your Athletes & Continue

*Only athletes who are currently registered with RC and RO will appear on

this list

*If an athlete is missing please contact your club registrar

A. Once your panel/team is created go into Team Sheet Editor

B. Select the Fixture you want to create a team sheet for

C. Drag and drop athletes from your panel onto the pitch & onto

your bench

D. Hit Save Player Positions and continue.

STEP 6 - Printing Team Sheet

E. You will be asked to input any replacement front row athletes. The dropdown will allow you to select from all your players on

your panel

F. Hit Print - selecting this will create an approved team sheet.

Please print and hand to the Match Official before the start of

the match

HOW TO ADD A GUEST ATHLETE

Rugby Ontario will update the registration data every Friday. If a athlete registers after Friday at 5pm you will need to add them as a

guest athlete

Step 2 – Creating GuestsA. Select the correct panel & pitch layoutB. Select Guest PlayersC. Enter the name and RC Entry number of the

athleteD. Scroll down and select your publish date and

save player positions.

Team Sheet Submission Process

1. Print your team sheet

2. Bring a copy of your team sheet to your fixtureA. If you make any game time changes please do so in PEN

3. Provide a hard copy of your sheet to the Match Official

Guest Athletes

Rugby Ontario will audit Guest athletes on Monday. If your club plays a guest athlete that is not registered your club may be subject to a sanction. (As per Rugby Ontario Operations Manual - Policy 7.3)
