Step One:

Add one or two drops of essential oil to an amber or cobaltglass bottle filled with clean water. If your mat is especiallystinky, add a teaspoon of baking soda to your solution.

Step Two:

Shake the bottle well and spray a fine mist of thesolution over your entire mat.

Step Three:

Wipe clean with a hot, damp towel.

Step Four:

Hang to dry.

Step Five:

Sit back and hang (not an optional step).
