How to become a CYO Coach:
1. Take the Coaching Coaches Online Training program ($24.95)

2. Attend OVASE Training
check with your parish office for upcoming training

3. Complete and email in a Criminal Background Check form to
(CBC Form link)

4. Once 1 -3 are completed, bring your Completed Coach Training Certificate and
OVASE Certificate to the CYO Office (2718 W Woodlawn) Wed - Fri between 9 - 4
pm to take your picture and get your badge.
