2. I enjoy doing it not only for my church, but also for my community. I can feel the passion and conviction with the song that is sung. 3. Discipline Precision Persistence Patience Perseverance There are several other things that I have learned as choir director as well. These are just a few of many examples. 4. I plan to form another ensemble of select singers, just as I did back in college. One of the gospel choirs that I conducted on the collegiate campus was U.N.I.T.Y. I will also train another individual to become an assistant director, in the event that I am not able to make it to rehearsals and/or singing engagements.
