BackWpUp & DropBox
Hover Over "Plugins" And Click "Add
New"

Search For "BackWPup" And Click
"Install Now"

Click "Add new job" On The Left5
Name The Job
This will be the name of the folder that will be created on Dropbox to store all of the backups for this site.

Check "Backup to Dropbox"7
Click The "Schedule" Tab8
Click "with WordPress cron"9
Select "basic" And Pick The Backup
Schedule
In this example, the backup will occur every day at 3AM.

Click The "DB Backup" Tab11
Make Sure Everything Is Checked Off12
Click The "Files" Tab13
Exclude Any Files As Neccesary
If you want to keep certain items out of the backup, you can specify exactly what will get backed up here. If you're unsure, leave everything at their default values.

Click The "To: Dropbox" Tab15
Switch Back To The WordPress Tab And
Click "Get Dropbox App auth code"

Open A New Tab And Login To Dropbox

Click "Save changes" In The Lower Left20
Done
At this point you can choose to click "Run now" and force the backup to run immediately. Alternatively you can let the backup run at its next scheduled time.
The backup will appear on Dropbox under "Apps > BackWPup".
