About behavioural stylesHow Myprofile identifies personal styles
What makes uswho we are ?
People are a blend of four styles.
Myprofile calls these styles, Driver, Promoter, Supporter andAdministrator.
We measure the intensity of each style using a questionnaire.We ask people to tell us what they think describes them the mostand what describes them the least. We analyse the answers andproduce a personal profile report
Psychometric tests are well proven and reliable and widely used inpre-employment assessment, team building, people managementand leadership programs.
People have an inbuilt predominance to act and behave in a certainway. This is our normal behaviour. We develop our own style from avery early age.
