How do I install Adobe Creative Cloud for Windows Before you begin, please note: You must take the Adobe Creative Cloud license survey on UK Software Downloads (download.uky.edu) in order to obtain an Adobe Creative Cloud named user license.

1. Upon completing the Adobe Creative Cloud license survey you will receive a getting started email to access Adobe’s website to download and install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App Note: If you are unable to access the getting started email you can download the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App via UK Software Downloads (download.uky.edu)

2. Click Sign in with an Enterprise ID

3. Enter your linkblue username@uky.edu and your linkblue password, then click Sign In

4. Choose Enterprise ID Note: If you already have a personal Adobe account that utilizes your linkblue username@uky.edu as an Adobe ID you will be prompted to choose to sign in with either Adobe ID or Enterprise ID

5. You will be redirected sign in using your linkblue username@uky.edu and linkblue password

6. The Creative Cloud: Get Started page will load and CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe will begin to download. Depending on your browser you may need click Save File

7. Find CreativeCloudSet-Up in your default download location and double click on it to launch the application

8. When prompted, click Run

9. If prompted “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?” click Yes

10. The Adobe Installer will begin to install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App

11. When finished the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App will launch

12. Click Sign in with an Enterprise ID

13. Enter your linkblue username@uky.edu

14. Click Enterprise ID

15. You will be redirected to a UK linkblue sign in page. Sign in using your linkblue username@uky.edu and linkblue password

16. The Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App is now setup and licensed, you can now begin to download Adobe Creative Cloud Apps
