You could have gone for insight by considering how sensemaking might or might not havesupported your approach or what you found.
This is research, but not experimentation. Fine for a first round in a broader piece of research, butkeep in mind that experiments have "manipulations" that you then compare against a before stateand/or a control.
This is your "pilot study."

At least for the brush part, not really "big data." They probably have usagedata even now (fairly structured if using, not using). Might get to big data ifthey start tracking the full developmental process. Think of the 3Vs when
you want to check big or not.
