    will get survey request and separate form for each

    GRA Team has taken badging database to identify on-

    airport and related entities--used directory to get phone

    numbers

    HAS providing names and emails for points of contact Email distribution unless respondent wants to do in other

    way (fax, phone interview)

    Will use available information to populate as much data

    as possible Minimal burden on respondents

    GRA will call and provide surveys to large employers

    All data will be held in confidence by GRA
