Hotseat pitch presented at the Women 2.0 Pitch Conference and Competition, February 14, 2012For college students applying to the most sought-after jobs and internships, the interviews are demanding and stressful. Unfortunately, interviews count the most when it comes to landing dream jobs at the likes of McKinsey, Teach for America, or Google. Enter Hotseat. We give students a space to record practice interview sessions and get feedback from their social networks and the greater Hotseat community. We aim to save students time (stop crawling the forums and start practicing now!) and money (stop buying all those guidebooks).
