Please provide a detailed description of the assertion or outstanding achievement, including

who, when, where, what, how and how much.

Is it legal for school district employees to be assigned to find different rental property for

private groups who are no longer able to rent from a school district? Further, is it a misuse of

public funds when a district fails to enforce contracts and has to pay over $100,000 is penalties

(fees) and overtime (to stay on schedule)?
