DEVELOPMENT: From out of the water and with the right
music, the monitor will lead a session of suitable
exercises for the age and physical condition of the
participants.
To the beat of music participants will follow the
guidelines of the monitor inside the pool.
We distinguish several stages: heating, exercises,
moving sequence, relaxation.

the pool make
trips on foot
from the front,
backwards, from
side, crossing
the feet, on
tips, on heels,
outside and
inside of the
foot, with short
and long strides.
In water, in the

the movements we

outside. In

foot, with the
