Honor Club

The 4-H Honor Club is a statewide organization of outstanding junior high and senior 4-H members. Honor Club members are those who have shown exceptional 4-H project work and a willingness to share what they have learned with other 4-Her’s as a junior or teen leader. Honor Club is only the in first step in Tennessee’s recognition program for outstanding 4-H members. Honor Club Initiation is held in the spring.

All Stars

Senior members of 4-H can earn a spot in All Stars through their citizenship and community service work. All Stars is the second step leading to the final step of recognition. All Stars have the opportunity to be a part of the initiation program in the Spring and the Fall Conferences. Vol State is the highest recognition a Tennessee 4-H member can earn

The 4-H program, the largest youth development program in the world, will help you develop skills you need to succeed in life. You will develop those life skills through project work. Tennessee 4-H offers its members a choice of 26 program areas. Working with your parents and 4-H leaders, 4-H'ers are encouraged to choose a project or projects and build their knowledge of the project subject material. They also complete activities related to the project area, keep records of their activities, give written and oral demonstrations about their projects, and participate in judging and other contests involving their project.
