We can accommodate your client’s real estate needs anywhere in the
U.S. and/or Canada. Hometown is part of Leading RE Companies of the
World, an elite broker to broker referral network. Standard referral fee is
25% of the gross commission on the referred side of the transaction.
Incoming Referrals – (Buyers and Sellers)
You may receive incoming referrals from our Relocation Department.
We receive referrals from a number of sources such as: Local
Corporations, Third Party Relocation Firms, Foreclosure/REO Firms, Cold
Calls, and other Brokers within the U.S. There is typically a referral fee
up to 38% due to the originating broker/company. THIS IS EXTRA
BUSINESS FOR YOU along with your normal clientele and can add
significantly to your center of influence and referral business.

Recruit an Agent
If you recruit another agent to Hometown Realty, you will receive a 20% referral fee on the first three (3) sides that the new salesperson closes. You must be responsible for the new salesperson joining Hometown Realty by introducing the prospective salesperson to a Sales Manager or Owner. You must set the appointment.

Allows Licensed Agents who are not interested in selling real estate to be able to receive compensation for referrals without paying dues and fees to the associations or errors and omissions insurance.
