Doug Schlenk, alongwith two specialized person-al trainers, Tom Wynne and
Andrew Meyer, each bring new invigoratingtechniques to continue with the notion of per-sonalized fitness.
Doug Schlenk has served as a strength andconditioning coach for three local high schoolsand assisted Bishop DuBourg High School inobtaining the State Championship Title forMens Baseball in 2010.
Tom Wynne has been in the fitness indus-try for 20 years. Wynne specializes in reha-
bilitation from injuries and strengthening anindividuals technique to continue improvinghis clients fitness levels.
In May of this year Evolve added AndrewMeyer to the distinct mix. Meyer has broughthis experience in personal training and kick-boxing to give an exciting blend to his clientsworkouts. The business is always adapting tokeep up with current fitness trends and tointensify the individuals drive to continue.
By having a small, but diverse personaltraining staff, this showsour true testament to our cli-ents to be available to caterto their needs. We recognizedthe need for more personal-ized attention and we werethere to give it to them,Schlenk said.
