EXTERIOR WATER SERVICE LINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHAT’S COVERED: We will arrange and pay for the repair or replacement of a leaking or permanently blocked Exterior Water Service Line supporting a Residential Property, for which You have sole responsibility $n Exterior Water Service Line is de¿ned as a line supplying fresh water to the Residential Property from Your property boundary to the external wall of Your home. 7he maximum bene¿t limit is , per 7 erm, subMect to the terms and conditions of this Service $greement. $ny repair charges beyond Your bene¿t limit are Your responsibility. Your Service Agreement begins on the Start Date listed on Your Declaration Page and continues for twelve months ³7 erm´ . During the ¿rst year of Your Service Agreement, You are subMect to a waiting period of thirty days, during which time You will not be eligible for a service call. After the line is repaired or replaced, We will provide for basic site restoration to the area disturbed by the repair in a neat and professional manner to the standard of care of a plumber who regularly performs residential water line repairs. Such restoration is limited to ¿lling, raking, and reseeding of grass, reinstallation of existing soft landscaping and shrubbery and patching of paved surfaces. We cannot guarantee the survival of any living materials disturbed as a result of the repair and will not be responsible for the replacement of any decorative paving, pathways or landscaping features. WHAT’S NOT COVERED: We will not be responsible for any of the following: 1. DAMAGE OR NEGLIGENCE CAUSED BY YOU OR OTHERS, UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, EARTHQUAKE, NATURAL DISASTER, FLOOD, CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE, RIOT OR WAR; 2. ANY WORK THAT CANNOT BE PERFORMED IN A SAFE MANNER; . CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY DAMAGES NECESSARY TO REASONABLY ACCESS THE REPAIR AREA; 4. REPAIR TO ANY EXTERIOR WATER SERVICE LINE THAT BRANCHES OFF THE MAIN LINE ( E.G., WATER SYSTEMS FOR SPRINKLERS, POOLS, HOT TUBS, AND/OR OTHER OUTDOOR SYSTEMS); 5. REPAIR TO ANY EXTERIOR WATER SERVICE LINE SUPPORTING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, PROPERTY USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES, OR RESIDENCES NOT AFFIXED TO A PERMANENT FOUNDATION; respect to this Service Agreement. Performance under this Service Agreement is insured under an insurance policy that has been procured by the Provider. If We fail to pay or to deliver service on a claim within sixty () days after proof of loss has been ¿led, or in the event You cancel this Service Agreement and We fail to refund any unearned portion of the Service Agreement price, You are entitled to make a claim against the insurer, Wesco Insurance Company at 5 Maiden Lane, 4rd Floor, New York, NY 1, 155 44. All other terms and conditions of this Service Agreement are subMect to, and modi¿ed by, the allocation of responsibilities set forth in this paragraph, unless otherwise indicated for residents of Your state as detailed in the applicable state disclosures at the end of this Service Agreement. ARBITRATION: SEE INSERT FOR MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISIONS THAT APPLY TO THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT AMONG OTHER THINGS. STATE VARIATIONS: The following state variations shall apply if inconsistent with any other terms and conditions of this Service Agreement. South Carolina only: If You reTuest cancellation within thirty () days of the purchase date of the Service Agreement and the refund is not paid or credited within forty¿ve (45) days after return of the Service Agreement to Us, a ten percent (1) penalty will be added to the refund for every thirty () days the refund is not paid. 6. THE CORRECTION OR UPGRADE OF ANY EXTERIOR WATER SERVICE LINE IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH ANY FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL LAWS, REGULATIONS, ORDINANCES OR UTILITY REGULATIONS WHERE NO OPERATIONAL FAILURE HAS OCCURRED;

. REPAIRS TO ANY SECTION OF YOUR EXTERIOR WATER SERVICE LINE THAT YOU SHARE WITH ANY THIRD PARTY OR IS COVERED THROUGH A JOINT HOMEOWNER OR COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION; OR

HOW TO CALL FOR REPAIRS:You must call HomeServe s repair hotline at 1 444 and one of their agents will assist in the diagnosis of Your repair and the scheduling of a visit from one of HomeServe’s approved local contractors. Covered repairs are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. There is no deductible required to obtain service. RENEWAL:This Service Agreement will continue to be in effect provided:• You are not past due with any payments, and/or• Neither You nor We cancel per the CANCELLATION/REFUND provisions below.Unless You cancel this Service Agreement, it will automatically renew if You:• Elected a continuous approved payment method and continue to make timely

payments, or• Pay for an additional coverage period upon receipt of Your renewal notice.We reserve the right to not offer this Service Agreement upon renewal.CANCELLATION/REFUND: You may cancel this Service Agreement at any time by calling HomeServe toll free at 1 444 5 . If You cancel within thirty ( ) days of the Start Date, You will receive a refund of Your payment in full. If You cancel this Service Agreement more than thirty ( ) days after the Start Date, You will be entitled to a pro rata refund of any excess unused payments made by You, less any claims paid by Us. We may only cancel this Service Agreement for: • Non payment of Service Agreement fees, or• Your fraud or misrepresentation of facts that are material to the issuance of this

Service Agreement or bene ts provided under it.If We cancel this Service Agreement, You will be noti ed in writing ve (5) days prior to cancellation. The notice shall state the effective date of the cancellation and the reason for cancellation. You will be entitled to a pro rata refund of any excess unused payments made by You, less any claims paid by Us.

PRIVACY POLICY: Any information collected by HomeServe during Your purchase and HomeServe’s administration of this Service Agreement will only be disclosed to other companies in order to provide services under this Service Agreement. Should You have any questions about HomeServe’s Privacy Policy, please contact HomeServe at 1 444 5 or review online at www.homeserveusa.com. Telephone calls may be recorded and monitored.ASSIGNMENT/AMENDMENT:We reserve the right to assign, amend or ad ust the price of this Service Agreement and to delegate any of Our obligations hereunder at Our sole discretion and without Your consent provided We give You thirty ( ) days’ prior notice. We may also assign or delegate to independent contractors or other third parties certain rights and responsibilities under this Service Agreement. Should certain terms or conditions in this Service Agreement be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms and conditions in this Service Agreement shall remain valid.KEY TERMS:“Provider”, “Issuer”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” AMT Warranty Corp.
