This catalogue provides guidelines on implementing signage to comply with our HomeSafe Health and Safety policy.

Well-positioned, correct signage will ensure all our employees and visitors are informed of what is expected of them whilst at our facilities.

This catalogue refers to signage to convey health and safety messages and utilises the HomeSafe identity only.

Many of our sites operate with a diverse workforce which may require signs to be translated into other languages. Our preferred translation and interpretation supplier is RWS. Contact details for RWS are available on the Hub, search: RWS translations.

SpecificationsAll external signs are to be manufactured from 3 mm thick aluminium composite material with a matt clear protective over laminate.

All signs to have a 5mm radius on corners.Signs are to be installed in the most visible position and not to be obscured by any vegetation, poles or parked vehicles.

Signs that are fence, gate or pole mounted are to be fixed using a rail and bolt system and NOT cable ties.

It is necessary to ensure the fence, gate or wall is in good, clean condition to accommodate the sign before installation.

All internal signs are to be printed onfoamex board.
