MichaelandAnnSantorios – ahusbandandwifeteam– foundedHardHatHomesinanefforttochangethecourseofourfamily’slivesaswellasotherfamilies’lives.MichaelhashadhisrealestatelicensesincehighschooltopurchaseandmanagerentalpropertiesinMaryland.MichaelalsoworkedforNextel/Sprintfor17years.Annheldsenior-levelrolesinmarketing,strategy,andproductmanagementinthehigh-techindustry.
Formanyyears,AnnandMichaeldreamedforcreatingabusinessthatwouldallowthemtogivebacktoothersandtheircommunityinasignificantway.In2015,theymadeaninformeddecisionthatreal-estateinvestingandresidentialrehabilitationwouldprovide thisroute fortheirgoals.WiththeirdaughterFionainmind,wedecidedtomakeourdreamareality.
