• Upon conclusion all profits will be distributed to respective investors and promoters

• Upon conclusion all profits will be distributed to respective investors and promoters

• It is a plain vanilla secured funding through Real Estate properties
• Security is always 115% to 130% of loan amount in terms of the market value of purchased property
• Further security in form of renovation and through value appreciation of the final ‘ready to sell’ property
• Exit is via sale of the property or securitisation of rental income.
