Acts: the Spread of the Kingdom is another of the
Great Adventure DVD series with talks by Jeff Cavins. Wondered what Acts is really about, how the Early Church relates to our Church today or about your role in the Kingdom of God? Then join us for this Bible study which explores the story of the Early Church in light of the Holy Spirit and demonstrates how this story is important for all Disciples of Christ. Enrich and deepen your faith. Learn how the Church accomplishes the monumental task of teaching, preach-ing, healing and restoring outcasts with the Holy Spirit working with and through Her, and how you are also called to participate in the Kingdom of God. The Acts provides us with more than a history of the First Christians - it is the story about the Early Church with the Holy Spirit as the protagonist. Christ sent the Holy Spirit to guide, instruct and equip them. Enrich and deepen your faith as you learn how the Apostles continued Christ’s mission on earth through the Power of the Holy Spirit. Starts Sunday, September 25 at 7:00 pm or Thursday, September 29 at
1:00 pm. Sign sheet in gathering area or for more info call Brenda 530-1412.
Wisdom and Works of Mercy Mondays 9:15 am, Sept. 12—Nov. 14. Join us for DVD talks by Fr.
Michael Gaitley that delve into the Most Holy Trinity as the key to bringing
the faith from our heads to our hearts and into our lives. This study is
transforming and enlightening! Then put your faith into action with group works of Mercy.
For more info, call Phyllis (949-1709) or Brenda (530-1412)..

If your child was not baptized at Holy Trinity Parish, we need the full name and address of the church in which the child was baptized along with a copy of the Baptism Certificate. Registration fee is $30 for one child or $40 for a family. Parent Information Meeting will be held Tuesday, September 20 at 7:00 pm in the Church. For more information and to register, contact Val.
Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
The RCIA is a process for adults seeking initiation into the Catholic Church. Weekly gatherings consist of prayer and sharing as we come to discover where God is calling each individual. The process is open to those:
not baptized
baptized in another denomination now seeking to make a profession of faith in the Catholic Church and be confirmed and receive Holy Eucharist
baptized Catholics who have not completed their Christian Initiation (have not been Confirmed and/or have not received First Eucharist)
Catholics wanting to learn more about their faith are encouraged to participate in any of the other faith enrichment programs being offered in our parish.
The RCIA journey involves the faith community as a whole by deepening its own conversion to Christ and by providing a prayerful example of Christian living for those inquiring into the Catholic faith.
For children 7 years and older who have not been baptized, we have RCIA for Children beginning Thursday, September 29 at 7:00 p.m.
For more information regarding RCIA for adults or
children, contact Val Magnuson at 306-924-2602.

If you are interested in sharing your talents, join us Sun. September 18, at 1:00 pm in the church. For more information, contact Colleen at 306-519-4309 or [email protected].
