► Humidity Sensor : The anodised aluminum has a layer of porous oxide on its surface. Moisture can penetrate through the gold layer and fill the pores of the oxide coating, causing changes in resistance that can be measured by an electronic circuit.

► Temperature Sensor : Negative temperature coefficient – NTC thermistor. In the NTC type, resistance decreases as its temperature increases. A thermistor is a semiconductor device whose resistance changes based on temperature change.
