4. Keep the costumes short: You don’t want your child to drag along at night so make sure they are of the right length.

5. Avoid masks: Masks can make it difficult for the child to breath. Instead of masks, use a non-toxic makeup to complete the costume.

Here are some quick safety tips on trick-or-treating:1. Plan your route: Trick-or-treating can take you several streets from your house & leave you and your children tired. To avoid this, plan a route and stick to it.

Biddy Volleyball helps introduce the sport of volleyball to children at an early age. Biddy Volleyball will develop individual skills of passing, setting, and serving over a net. Accuracy will be essential in developing each skill. In addition, conditioning will be incorporated in each class while introducing the concepts of offense and defense. PERRY WELLINGTON 4.5M TURKEY TROT RACESaturday November 29 - 8:30amALL AGES WELCOME!

Burn off that bird at our 15th Annual Perry Wellington 4.5M Turkey Trot Race. This is a great race for new and seasoned racers alike. Our race consists of a rolling 4.5 mile run, flat 2 mile run (great for first time runners - this course is as flat as you can get!) and 2 mile walk. One of our most popular family events for locals and those visiting from out of town. Attracting around 775 registrants.

Register before November 13th to ensure you receive the EARLY REGISTRATION RATE! The first 700 registrants will be guaranteed a long sleeve t-shirt. We cannot guarantee t-shirts the week of the race. Online registration closes at noon on November 26.
