Aurora's Degree & PG College is Accredited by NAAC with

Degree College was established in the year 1989. It has a

College, affiliated to Osmania University, offers three years

undergraduate course in different streams namely

Management, Commerce, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences

and Humanities.

About the Department:

Language is an indispensible mode of communication.

Each Language reflects the culture, tradition, mind set and

uniqueness of a Country. The desire to communicate or to

learn a particular Language also highlights certain aspects

of the personality of an individual. Undergraduate students

learn both Regional and Foreign Languages under the

patronage of Second Languages Department. Aurora's

Degree College offers Sanskrit, Telugu, Hindi and French as

Second Languages. The Department of Languages is always

in the forefront to inculcate ethics and moral values to bring

out a holistic development in the present generation

students.

Theme of the Conference:

Language is a tool which binds people of diverse

communities. The conference mainly aims at the holistic

development exploring the dynamics with a focus on the

complimentary values from language, literature, culture and

their centrality in human life.

We at Aurora, wish to explore the excerpts of language and

literature across the globe, where global and local citizens

interact in various ways, increasing the importance of wholistic

development for livelihood.

Holistic development is a practical approach to a

comprehensive learning system. It is also a complete and

vast understanding of all aspects of our life and way of living

which covers aspects that enable in moulding a person into a

complete human. Holistic Development is enhanced through

various Languages and Ideologies of Literature which focuses

on implementing what is learnt.

The aspects which can be enriched through Holistic

Development are:

Objectives:

To create awareness about the complete and overall

development of a human in the contemporary society

through Language and Ideologies of Literature.

To groom young researchers to enrich their curiosity,

inquisitiveness and innovation at work place and in the

society.

To mould students and teaching fraternity into

professionals for providing a better service to the society.
