Working in partnership with Hilldale Housing, Eden Futures have brought to the sector eight spacious supported living apartments and two 4- bedroom shared houses, in Nottingham City. The service is primarily for individuals who have a learning disability or mental health need, who are making a first step towards living with more independence. Apartments Each of the eight self-contained apartments has its own entrance and spacious living area comprising of living/dining area, kitchenette, bedroom and shower room. Hodson House, Nottingham Community Supported Living Service Shared Houses Each shared house comprises of an open plan lounge/ dining area and separate kitchen on the ground floor. Each bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom. All white goods are provided, plus a starter pack of bedroom furniture, sofa & dining table will be supplied by the landlord. There is access to a shared garden The staff hub is located in the centre of the site, to enable us to provide 24/7 support that includes waking night staff as an integral part of the service. A range of support systems, equipment and assistive technologies can be provided to maximise each person’s independence, mitigate risk and enhance abilities. Additional personalised devices can be sourced if necessary. A pit and pager system will be installed, as well as facilities for a concierge-controlled entry system.
