Dear Members, I am humbled and feel privileged to be chosen by you all to the coveted honorary post of President HMA.

Let me take this opportunity to thank you all for the encouragement and the whole hearted support during the last few years. I seek your good wishes and do look forward to a more engaging support during my tenure as the president.

While the managing committee and I am getting geared up to design and put together the programmes for the year around the theme "ACCELERATING GROWTH THROUGH INCLUSION", we request you to share your thoughts, ideas and support to enhance our efforts in taking this August body forward. I, along with the managing committee feel that our bounded duty is not only to share thoughts and happenings with the members but also to design and deliver programs that benefit each of our distinguished members and address their needs.

We have, based on the suggestions from key stakeholders (key amongst them our members) have arrived at some programs that we will bring for you this year. Let me articulate them as under:

For a stronger India of the future we have designed “NEEV" for the student Chapters, "CONNECT BACK" will enable us to connect and share learning with those who have become global leaders but whose who have their roots in our state and will be enablers to share the global perspective as well as best management practices. To bring more women participation in the fold of HMA and enable their empowerment, we have the "WE" designed exclusively to empower women through their strength of inner self. "The leadership series" will host programmes addressing the needs of nurturing future leaders. Last but not the least - our focal point is the new platform ʻHMA MINDS ,̓ a platform to interact with every HMA member. We will regularly share with you the happenings and the events at HMA.

At this important moment I humbly request for you for an on going support in all spheres of HMAs functioning.

All through my involvement in HMA the key lesson that I have learnt is that Membership is the heart of the association. And thus my commitment is to focus to the needs and aspiration of each of our members. You will hear on the first toast of "HMA MINDS" very soon from the HMA office.
