HLH, conveniently located in Shenzhen, China (right next to Hong Kong), has grown from a small prototype and machine shop into a complete manufacturing solution provider. A one-stop-shop for all your product development and manufacturing needs. HLH started with just 3 people, but now we have grown to include hundreds of highly skilled employees with a wealth of knowledge, experience and an incredibly diverse skill set. We are globally recognised as a trusted partner and consistently deliver quality parts to companies large and small. HLH Factory - NEW 12,000 sqm, 6 Storey Facility.
2016 sees the completion of our brand new, high tech and modern 6 storey, 12,000 sqm facility with adjacent living quarters. This new facility will allow us to consolidate our existing locations into one central product development and manufacturing hub. With our new facility up and running we are also expanding both our capacity and technological diversity with the addition of new equipment and departments.

At HLH we employ a 3 stage QA/QC process to ensure quality and consistency with every part we produce.
PRE-PRODUCTION - Process, supplier and material audits to ensure all meet with or exceed specification and certification.PRODUCTION - From programming right through to finishing, we inspect every part after each stage of the fabrication process. POST PRODUCTION - ISO certified quality control processes carried out by highly trained engineers. Additional tolerance and aesthetic checks are performed just before packing.

Our sheet metal prototyping services include a variety of tooled and manual manufacturing techniques and processes enabling us to realise some highly complex parts without expensive and time consuming production tooling.
At our sheet metal workshop we encompass bending, laser and wire cutting, as well as CNC punching, CNC folding and more. Our team of highly experienced craftsmen have been manipulating sheet metal for years and come from a wide range of backgrounds.

Composite ToolingHLH provides design, engineering and manufacture of tooling for composites and carbon fiber parts. Injection Molding - HLH Production
HLH’s injection molding solutions are first class, with strict international quality control measures observed throughout the entire manufacturing process. From incoming material and storage to managing correct cycle times, to ensuring regular quality control checks throughout the production run, our QA/QC program takes care of everything. Our emphasis is on delivering quality parts first time out thus reducing your risk and overall project costs.
With injection molding presses ranging from 7 to 1600 tons we can handle most jobs that come our way. We also have the capacity to handle large parts and production runs as needed. Die casting is the go to option for manufacturing aluminium, zinc and magnesium parts in volume. Our engineering team are highly experienced with the production of die cast parts and will be able to assist you throughout the entire process.
