Getting back into

the swing of term

Physical wellbeing

can have a huge

impact in our lives.

High School can be a stressful time forsome students. Some factorscontributing to this stress includerelationships, friendship groups, school work, puberty, family life andpeer pressure. With all these factors(and more) to navigate, it can be hardto prioritise staying fit and healthy. It'stherefore important that teachers andparents encourage students to formhealthy lifestyle habits and supportthem in having a healthy body andmind.
