By annually updating models, Theeb now has a significant variation in categories spanning 70 types divided Economy, Compact, Medium, Premium, Luxury (small, medium,large), Family, 4x4, 4x4 Luxury and Pick-Up that are deployed systematically in 37 branches throughout KSA. Theeb’s main service is car rental targeted to individuals, which contributes around 90% of their revenue, and to corporate customers which contributes the remaining 10%. This translates into an annual turnover around SAR420m. Theeb’s strategy is focused on being customer centric regardless of the category of customer. They offer a wide range of add-on services to clients as a support to the core service (car rental), which has increased the customer base and customers’ loyalty over the year. This allows Theeb to charge above market rates across all the category of cars they rent. The company is also known for its mix of cars, specifically the fact that they have one of the largest fleets of luxury cars in the Kingdom, which allows them to target top-end customers. Theeb’s retail model has been mostly unchanged over the last decade: Targeting customers in airports and customers in the cities in areas where no other competitor is present. Theeb are confident that they will be able to sustain their historical growth which stood at above 10% over the last five years. In terms of market share of the individual customers, their market share is not expected to grow significantly (but they do not see it decreasing either). For the corporate segment, Theeb’s strategy is geared towards increasing their revenue growth for that segment (so that it increases at 20% annually) and hence increase their market share in the coming five years from its current level of less than 1% to circa 3% by 2018. ACHIEVEMENTS Theeb have been awarded honours and prizes by several international cars agencies, among which are the following:- General Motors International Award as best rent a car company in operating its fleet for the year 2006. This honour was awarded by Al Jumaih Motors Company and American General Motors. Hyundai International Award as best customer achieved standard levels of purchasing processes in 2008. This was awarded by Al Waalan Motors Company and Korean Hyundai Co. Honoured by Al-Essa Motors Company, agents of General Motors in Saudi Arabia 2008-2009-2010-2011-2012. Client Excellence Award in 2009 from the Abdul Latif Jameel Company Ltd - The Toyota dealer in the Kingdom. Theeb have received Partner Success Award, presented from “Aljazirah Vehicles”, Ford agents in Saudi Arabia for 2012. Theeb gained an award from “Chrysler Group Middle East” against the profitable cooperation for 2012. Theeb has been voted by the Superbrands council in Saudi Arabia as a Superbrand for 2013. ProducTWhen it comes to car selection, Theeb has got 70 types divided into Economy, Compact, Medium, Premium, Luxury (small, medium,large), Family, 4x4, 4x4 Luxury and Pick-Up that are deployed systematically in 37 branches throughout KSA.

Theeb has eleven branches serving East, West, South and North of Riyadh, in addition to a branch assigned for serving government departments and the private sector. and Theeb has a branch in Buraydah city in addition. All models over two years old are offered for sale in the renowned ‘Theeb Used cars showrooms’ in Riyadh that guarantees buyers with vehicles backed by an impeccable maintenance record, coupled with attractive sales price.

In the Western region, there are twelve branches, eight of which are in Jeddah and two in Meddena, one in Yanbu city and one in Taief airport. For the Eastern region, deployment comes from branches in Dammam, Khobar, Jubail and Ihsa. For the Northen region, Theeb has its new branch in Tabuk city, and for the southern region, Theeb has four branches in Abha, Jazan and Albaha city.
