Booming economies of China and Latin America are increasingly attract more highly educated and skilled migrants.
In Europe due to various problems have emigration increase than immigrations.
In the US, highly educated skill Brazilian, Chinese, and Indian immigrants are returning to their countries of origin.
United States and Europe are bound to lose their brightest youth to countries that able to afford better economic opportunities.
China is now consider the 2nd
largest economy after overtaking Japan and in striking distance in overtaking the US within the next decade.
India booming IT industry attracted many computers worker and their economy could grow with China as early as 2030.
Brazil produces many mechanical engineers and Brazil may overtake United Kingdom as 6th
largest economy.
The balance of growth has shifted from European and United States to fast growing countries. The landscape of global migration has shift as well.
