our methodology

We use powerful tools such as Strengths Based Leadership for Teams, 360 Team As-sessements, Powerful Team Building Exer-cises and Appreciative Inquiry (AI), which are reflectve, strengths-based and positive ap-proaches to change and improvement.

We focus on the positive search for what is working well, the successes and high points of experience and service together with an analysis of or understanding of the “root causes of success”.

We draw out answers to questions about what we value or appreciate in order to “improve” and to build on what we have discovered.

Our approach is to increase strategic capac-ity, leadership capability and performance improvement. As it is a collaborative process, it strengthens and develops teamwork and assists with getting people reconnected to their organisation.
