SANYU ELECTRIC, INC. is a California corporation established in November of 1995, selling reed relays to companies in the U.S. and all over the world.

Its parent company, SANYU SWITCH CO., LTD., a Japanese corporation, is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan and has extensive experience in developing various types of reed relay since 1972. Today, SANYU SWITCH CO., LTD. has a factory located in Kumamoto, Japan and Shanghai, China. SANYU SWITCH CO., LTD and its Japanese subsidiary are certified ISO9001 and operate in accordance with ISO quality standard.

SANYU ELECTRIC PTE. LTD., is a subsidiary of SANYU ELECTRIC, INC. located in Singapore. It was established in September of 2007 to enable closest customer relations and to focus business in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia and the China territories. SANYU ELECTRIC PTE. LTD. provides technical and sales support to S.E. Asia businesses.

70,000 reed relays are produced each day at SANYU SWITCH CO., LTD. and its Japanese subsidiary. The Kumamoto factory established fully automated manufacturing lines, from incoming inspection to final shipment inspection, including packaging. The factory of SANYU SWITCH CO., LTD. and subsidiaries are certified ISO9001 and have adopted TQM, Manage Preventative Action, Corrective Action, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Production Part Approval Process and more.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

The HA701 series have unique design features such as signal pins that extend beyond the top of the relay’s surface. With only coil pins, these fixed PCB mounts do not require high voltage signals to pass through the PCB allowing for improved safety. The HA701 series has coil voltageoptions of 5.0/12.0/24.0V and dielectric strength options of 5.0/10.0/15.0KV. Thus, it can be adopted to follow our customer’s specific designrequirements.

The ultra breakdown relay, HA702 18KV series, is added to Sanyu high breakdown products line. This HA702 series achieves the highest specamong this product family, 18KV breakdown voltage between contacts(max)and 12KV switching voltage(max). In order to reduce assembly cost anddifficulties, this series adopts structure with the high breakdown signalcables protruding from the top of the relay’s surface and underneath coillead for relay positioning and anchoring. We continue to support the fields of electrical safety-related validation, testing, inspection, and services.
