- It would have been nice to have more representation from other BEST

members than HSL. Also would have been nice to hear a presentation by

Oslo.

- The atmosphere was great and the information was good too. Live music was such a

nice surprise too. The workshop was organized professionally and chairman did his

work well.

- It was a nice and inspiring event with great atmosphere. I think in the future it might

be good to have even clearer focus on the seminars. But I liked it a lot and I'm happy

to participate in the future as well.

- I missed the connection to BEST survey and/or BEST keyfigures.

- Very good to have only short (30 min. max) ponences and then group discussions

after each speaker. This helps to learn from each other.
