S.O.P. – Hello Rewards Sign Up

Hello Rewards Front Desk Sign Ups Program Summary:

A Front Desk Sign Up portal has been created which will allow associates to sign guests up for Hello Rewards at the Front Desk. Sales will also be able to utilize this Portal to sign up leads, meeting planners, etc. This will be a quick and easy way to acquire new memberships into Hello Rewards and to engage guests with our guest recognition program.

Objective:

The objective of the front desk member sign up program is to acquire new members and engage them with Hello Rewards as they check into the property.

Procedure:

1. Owned/Managed Front Desk PC’s and iPads will be configured to be on the following default page for Hello Rewards member sign up using: (example: https://www.redlion.com/hello-rewards/sign-up-kiosk?activity_code=123) where the variable ‘123’ is a property specific identifier Owner Relations will engage franchise properties with their unique URL and instructions on how to install the URL as a shortcut on their PCs. Installations must be complete by 10/31.

3. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk. Guests must indicate that they have agreed to sign up for the program and to the program terms and conditions, at which point the associate checks “I agree to the Terms & Conditions”. If a guest requests the program terms and conditions, they can be viewed at https://www.redlion.com/hello-rewards/terms-conditions.

4. The ‘Signup Code’ field is to track associate sign-ups by property for incentive programs. Associates must enter their first and last name in this field. If two associates have the same name, utilize a middle initial.

If an associate forgets to enter their name in this field, that sign up will not be included in that associate’s member sign up count for incentive programs.

5. Once a sign up is successful, the below success message will be displayed, and the page will refresh.

6. The guest will receive a welcome email with their sign in information, including a password
