• Boat Development plan – Implemented in July

• Sale of Helford to Exmouth gig club• Sale of Piglet to Mounts Bay• New Gig – August Rock delivered in

October• Grant of £20,000 awarded by the SITA

Cornwall Trust towards a new gig in 2014

• Club Mark awarded in July

• Contribution from the rowing foundation towards a new set of junior oars
