Dear Colleagues,

it is a pleasure for us to announce the XVIII EDITION OF HEARTFAILURE & CO and the VI EDITION OF A DAY WITH THE EXPERTS (Campobasso, 19/05/2018).

In the previous meetings, we have dealt with heart failure, stem cellstherapy, aortic valve, mitral and tricuspid valve. The rapid developmentof the technology as brought us to focus on innovation, while havinga clear view of the present. Heart failure is a leading cause of mortal-ity and is the end stage of hypertension, diabetes and valve heart dis-eases. The therapeutic approach to valve diseases is rapidly changing.Cooperation between all the experts is necessary.

This year, for our journey on the heart, we would like to offer to all theparticipants the occasion to share the state of the heart knowledge onheart failure and valve diseases The Scientific Program will deal withthe new diagnostic, therapeutics, and technological innovations inheart failure and cardiac valves diseases.

The faculty sees the presence of outstanding scientists from severalcountries. We hope to confirm the success of the previous meetings.A warm welcome to Campobasso, the main town of Molise, Italy, fromthe scientific committee.
