Healthy Kids Quick Facts: o Population Served – children, 3-5 years old o Program Frequency – 1x/week, 10-12 weeks o Semesters Offered – fall and spring o Program Location – Godwin Hall o Partnership – JMU Dietetics Healthy Kids is a weekly program aiming to teach 3-5 year old boys and girls basic information about physical activity and nutrition. It is intended to be an easily packaged program that could be picked up and used as a fun way to encourage preschool-aged children to be active and eat healthfully. Weekly meetings are spent planning program nights and preparing materials.
