Health is the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of a living organism. In humans, it is the general condition of a person's mind and body, usually meaning to be free from illness, injury or pain. Although this definition has been subject to controversy, in particular as lacking operational value and because of the problem created by use of the word "complete," it remains the most enduring.

1) We must eat healthy food, including fruits, vegetables and also fish and meat.

2) Drink a lot of water and limit the consumption of soft drinks and alcoholic drinks.

3) Do exercise every day.

4) Reduce stress in your life.

5) Improve the habit of resting.

6) Limit the consumption of salt and sugar.

Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It is performed for various reasons, including strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance, and merely enjoyment.
