was launched on GitHub at the end of 2015 and, within a year, the company

received investment from New Enterprise Associates (NEA). This investment

Types of PartnersResellersThese are partners that are committed to dedicate a team to prospect opportu-

nities for Rocket.Chat. We are looking for proactive partners that are willing to

help us to expand globally by creating new strategies that will allow us to be

successful together. You will work with the Rocket.Chat sales rep covering the same

account, who will support you from the sales and technical side, and provide you

with a quote. We will compensate you for your support by providing a partner

discount on these quotes. In order to join the Reseller Partner Program, the

partner must sign the Rocket.Chat Reseller Partner Agreement and meet all the

criterias listed on the partner program requirements below.

We have identified that resellers with this profile (minimum) have had success in

our program:

◆ Partner Portfolio: representing around 10 products

◆ Ideally already commercializing collaboration solutions

◆ Client base: around 50 clients

VAD (Valued Added Distributors)

The requirements to participate in the VAD program are based on the Dis-tributor’s business volumes and can be tailored to meet the needs of the

local geography. The Participation Criteria includes Business, Resource and

Process Criteria as detailed below. In order to join the Distributor Partner

Program, the partner must sign the Rocket.Chat Distributor Partner Agree-ment and meet all the criterias listed on the partner program requirements

below.

ISV (Independent Software Vendors) /White Labeling

Licensed partners that have their own operating system platform and use

Rocket.Chat Self-Managed Enterprise license to improve their offer to their

customers, in general using their own brands (white labeling) and offers. We

look for partners that have their own team to deploy

Rocket.Chat using our documentation. On a case by

case basis, our technical team will review the

deployment and make recommendations.

Referral Partners

The Referral Partner introduces new customers to Rocket.Chat, and obtains

a quote with the respective Referral discount. In order to join the Referral

Partner Program, the referral partner must sign the Rocket.Chat Referral

Partner Agreement.
