Responsible for all aspects of Relationship Management as well as Sales Distribution with regard to primary Partner Accounts within our client’s organisation. The Head of Partnership role also encompasses overall responsibility to the day to day management and interface with SCB specifically The role will be responsible for the Strategic Planning and Sales Execution of all matters relating to Bancassurance, DMTM and Group Business and will agree specific performance objectives and be accountable for delivery. In addition, the role will be responsible for the Leadership, Team Management and Development of a team of Sales Managers (both Regional and Area) as well as Channel Heads. The candidate will need to have a proven track record of success with regard to Business Development, enhancing existing Bank Relationships and credible Man-Management experience. As a Senior Member of the Partnership Distribution Team he/she will be expected to contribute both positively and meaningfully in relation to all aspects of Sales Planning, Execution and People Management within a wider scope with regard to overall Partnership Distribution issues. Achievement of clearly defined APE/FYP/Product Mix objectives Ensure ALL Leading Sales Indicators are in line with pre-agreed Business Plan (Number of cases/Case size/Cases per branch/Written v issued) Achieve agreed sales delivery objectives within pre- defined Promotional Costs/Budgets Overall responsibility to ensure a FULL and credible sales team is in place at all times to support the respective partners sales activities Plan, manage and deliver against Regional/Area Sales Manager Recruitment plan as specified by Chief Partnership Distribution Officer Ensure a robust, clearly defined, transparent Business Plan is in place with all Primary partners to enable achievement of business objectives (Volume targets/Budgets/Promotional Plans/Product Development/P&L) Create meaningful, effective and collaborative relationships with key Senior Management contacts with respective partners Implement robust reporting templates by partner/sales region and teams to ensure daily analysis of sales performance is available Ensure qualitative Relationship Maps exist for all primary partners Work with management colleagues (Product Development/Actuarial/Finance/Sales Operations) to ensure effective planning and communication exists to support the partnership function Implement specific Training and Development Programmes for ALL staff members within area of accountability Head of Bancassurance – Partnership Distribution, Report to : Chief Partnership Distribution Officer Thailand E X E C U T I V E S E A R C H P A R T N E R S 518/5 Maneeya Center, Penthouse Floor, Ploenchit Rd, Lumpini,Pathumwan, Bangkok, 10330.
