April 7 – June 6, 2003 SWAs receive Program Logic Document and UIPL with instructi what programming must be completed. Completed NLT June 6, 2003. May 15 – June 13, 2003 Lockheed Martin (ICON) will verify that the SWAs are able t the approved record layout file. Certification may begin sooner. May 26 – 28, 2003 ICON will verify that the record layout submitted by the SWAs can be transmitted to the IRS contractor, Accenture. June 12 – July 1, 2003 The SWAs will submit completed record layout files to ICON the data and files are received with no errors. July 21 – 31, 2003 Validation of Deployment.
