Focus Scenarios and Personas
Scenario One:Transportation locationAfter landing in an unfamiliar airport in a new city for a business meeting, Brad needs to find the transportation terminal. Brad uses the Wingman app to find the transportation terminal and call a taxi.
Persona: Brad MillerThe Young ProfessionalBrad is a young business consultant who travels often for work. He is professional and likes to be on time for appointments and scheduled activities. He uses multiple platforms in order to remain organize and make tasks easier to maintain. Brad is all about using the most logical and convenienttechnologies in order to get a taskdone.

Scenario Two: locating amenititesAfter landing in an unfamiliar airport for a 2 hour layover, Brad wants tofind a bar near his next flight gate. He uses the Wingman app to choose what type of amenity he’s looking for and how to get there.

Scenario and Persona Reasoning
PersonaWe chose to focus on one persona in order to gain the maximum attention to detail.Brad encompasses the young, tech savvy clientele who is constantly on the go.Focusing in on him allowed us to develop a better understanding of our user’s needs.HCI 440 A4 Team 6-Conceptual Design 2/29/16
Scenario 1We chose to focus on transportation for our first scenario because we believe that it is a key factor in airporttravel, and this can getespecially tricky if you are in a time crunch and unfamiliar with the scene.
Scenario 2We chose to focus on a before/during scenario that allowed us to get deep within our sitemap. Navigating through the app to find an amenity within an airport is really a showcase of what the app can do and we wanted to explore that.

Process Restrospective
After completing Assignment 4, we believe that we put in a good amount of teamwork to get everything done and put together.However, because we split up most of the work into “individual assignments”, we found that some portions of our work were not cohesive with others. For the last stretch of the project we are going to work jointly on all aspects in order to ensure success.
