Engage us exclusivelyAgencies are typically engaged on a contingency basis; they are only paid if they fill your vacancy. Sounds ideal doesn’t it?

But have you considered that alongside your vacancy, agency recruiters are probably working on 10-15 other roles, maybe more? At best, a recruiter will probably have no more than 2 hours per week to source/screen candidates for your vacancy.

Because of the ‘no placement – no fee’ model, and because they’re probably being pitched against other agencies, they’re forced into hedging their bets and end up focusing on the roles they feel they have the best chance of filling. This might not be your role.

We would recommend you engage us exclusively. Not only does this enable us to spend more time on your vacancy, but by paying a percentage of the fee in advance, you will have also put the onus on us to deliver.
