Hansen was founded in November 1988.

Merged Mars shipping agencies. 1990

Representing as exclusive agent for Hoyer Global Transport in isotank container distribution in Taiwan.

• Setup Sovereign base logistics in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

• Acquired navigation rights on Mekong River.

Setup Hansen Logistics Corp. for freight forwarding business.

2005

Taipei & Shanghai offices launched. Taipei office mainly functional as marketing arm and Shanghai office offers give general agency services for ship owners.

01Managers

Our ship agent team is consisted of general agency

and port agency departments, which is

managed by two heads who joined Hansen for more the 15 years and to co-ordinate the division and cooperation

for vessel and cargo operations. With such

experienced knowledge base we are confident to handle all situations in all ports in

Taiwan.

02Operators

We are the eyes and ears of principals with the most responsible and reliable

team members of 8 coordinators. To handle

vessel operation with prompt communication and fast

reaction, 24-hours of contact is backed up by both of our

operators and boarding officers with seamless

teamwork. At average of 8 years and above, we take

care of the vessel and cargo like mother to the child.

03Boarding Officers

The strong, energic and experienced boarding agents

are at port and to attend vessels to make sure both

vessel and cargo being cared. Besides systematic procedures, we bring more humanity to the master and his crew are satisfied of their needs. To monitor operations

at sight proactively, we assigned dedicated person at

Mailiao port as to enhance service quality.

04Accounting

We have good turnover of capital to make vessel operations completed

smoothly and efficiently. Supported by stable finance enable us to replenish ship

supplies by owners demand. Fast finalizing p/da and lead

time saves the time and internal procedures that

keeps business moving on.

We have 68 people in Taiwan offices which consisted of 58 in Kaohsiung head office, 9 in Taipei office and 1 in Mailiao port. Our team managers are equipped with more than 15 years of shipping experience.

We have 8 desk operators and 6+1 boarding officers on duty and collaboration. Our people of abovementioned are more than 8 years of experience in shipping industry averagely.
